Rockville Relays - Meet Programs Available...
(Apr 13, 2006) The final Boys and Girls Meet Programs are now available online for the Rockville Relays at the meet website:2006 Rockville Relays. We have added the Web html format reports since some viewers don't have Adobe Acrobat installed. Coaches should review the events that have been seeded into heats and flights for the meet on Saturday. Coaches can make last minute scratches at the meet on Saturday before 9am.

The the online Athlete Event Entries forms will be available on Wednesday while the deadline is 11:59pm on Saturday, April 15, 2006. Rockville Relays - School Entry Lists Available...
(Apr 10, 2006) The School Entry Lists are now available online for the Rockville Relays at the meet website:2006 Rockville Relays. Coaches should review their entries and make any scratches by Wednesday at 12-noon using the online form also available at the meet website. Exception lists are also posted for Wilby-Boys and Conard-Girls teams where a couple of athletes were entered in more than 3 events.

75th Greater Hartford Outdoor T&F Meet Intent to Enter Form Available...
(Apr 5, 2006) The Intent to Enter form for the 75th Greater Hartford Outdoor Track and Field Meet on April 29 at Manchester High School is now available at the meet website: 75th Greater Hartford Meet. Please submit your form as soon as possible since the deadline for the Intent to Enter is Wednesday, April 19, 2006. The meet now offers fully automatic timing and has moved to the Manchester High School track facility as well as gaining new sponsorship from MF-Athletics "Everything Track and Field".

2006 Featured Outdoor Meet Preview...
The 2nd Annual Irv Black High School Invitational, formally the Trinity High School Invite, is scheduled for Friday-Saturday, April 21-22, 2006 at Trinity College. Meet Director George Suitor has rekindled one of the oldest, early season meets in Connecticut that offers junior varsity and varsity high school athletes an opportunity to compete in a large invitational atmosphere over the course of two days.  There are slight changes to the meet schedule this year as some field events are rearranged for better competition. Please see the Irv Black High School Invitational website for all meet information and registration forms. Your online Intent to Enter is due by midnight, Monday, April 10, 2006 and the online Athlete Event Entries deadline is 11:59pm on Saturday, April 15, 2006.

2006 Featured Outdoor Meet Preview...
The Rockville Relays is in its sixth year and with its growing popularity, Coach Dave Smith has shared meet director responsibilities with Coach Ray Owens of Rockville. The meet is scheduled for Saturday, April 15, 2006 at Rockville High School. The meet offers the new Distance Medley relay as well as the popular off-track 2-mile relay. The meet provides athletes with the opportunity to compete against others in their age group as both championship and class events are available. 2006 Featured Outdoor Meet Preview...
The early-season Bloomfield Invitational is in its third season and meet director Garfield White has provided coaches and athletes with the first opportunity to compete in a meet that has drawn teams from across the state. A full slate of events are offered at the meet that is scheduled for April 8, 2006 at Bloomfield High School. MySportsResults.com has added the event as a Featured Meet where all meet information is available at: Bloomfield Invite Meet website.

2006 Outdoor Track and Field Starts Next Week...
(Mar 15, 2006) Today, MySportsResults.com begins a preview of several outdoor track and field meets that are listed in our Featured Meet section to the right of the page.  In some housekeeping notes, the CIAC allows the first official practices to begin on Monday, March 20, 2006 and first contests are allowed to start on April 5, 2005. The CIAC has announced the CIAC Class and Open meet schedule as well as providing the tournament packet at their SportsCenter website. As a service to all our readers, a continuously updated schedule of the 2006 Outdoor meets is available from MySportsResults.com at the Schedule of Events: Outdoor Track & Field - 2006 page. This is just one of the responses from fans who purchased the special edition DVD of the 2006 State Open Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Orders are still accepted for a special DVD of the recent 2006 State Open Indoor Track and Field Championships containing over 45 minutes of video action taken from the floor of the New Haven Track and Field Center of all fifteen events for boys and girls. The DVD also includes a table of contents by event for easy access to a favorite event as well as a recap of the top six places.
