MySportsResults.com website is now offering meet directors several options for promoting and managing their meets. Please make sure to read the Service Level Definitions at the bottom of the page. As always, you can provide results of your meet for posting at no charge.

Meet Self-Scheduler - Free

• You can add your brief meet info to the online Schedule that is accessible in the right-side of this page or the Finishline main page. This is a free service to all meet directors. Post this year's meet results for free.

Meet WebIcon - $50

• Choose this easy-to-implement option if you want to have a continual front page presence on MySportsResults.com. When you provide a web graphic of your meet (or one can be designed for you for an extra $25) your Meet Webicon will be posted on the MySportsResults.com right-side Meet Index section. This right-side icon can also be used as a link to your MySportsResults.com Meet Webpage or Meet Website. The Webicon size is limited to 100x100 pixels or smaller.

Meet Webpage - $50

• One (1) webpage for promoting the meet and general meet information. Allows you to incorporate more detailed information (text only) than the free service in your own words. Combine with the free Meet Self-Scheduler and link to this page. Add extra pages for $10 per page. Post your meet results for free.

Meet Website - $125

• One to ten (1-10) webpage(s)* includes a Main index page containing one (1) background or banner web graphic and a footer page on every page for easy navigation. The remaining eight (8) pages can include: Welcome Letter, General Information, Intent to Enter, Order of Events, Standards, Meet Records, Directions, Last year's results etc. Combine with the free Meet Self-Scheduler and link to the Main index page. Post this year's meet results for free and link to the Main index page.

Meet WebsitePlus - $125+Negotiable Fee

1. A webpage is defined as one (1) 8.5"x11" printed page.
2. Information for your web pages should be submitted by email in a word-processing format, MS-Word or MS-Excel are preferable.
3. Any graphics should be emailed separately in a web format, usually .JPG or .GIF formats. A scanning service is available to convert your hardcopy graphic to electronic format at $10 per graphic.
4. You are entitled to two (2) reviews of webpages before the page is posted online for public view. Any change requests as a result of your failure to review after the initial two (2) reviews incur a $10 per page surcharge.

6. All fees must be paid and received one (1) week after the webpage(s) are published for public access.
7. Meet Webpage(s) remain available for public viewing for a period to be negotiated.
8. All hosted webpage(s) and content are copyrighted and owned by MySportResults.com.
9. The publishing deadline for all hosted webpage(s) is fourteen (14) days prior to the actual meet event. The publishing deadline for a Meet Webicon is seven (7) days prior to the actual meet event. For maximum publicity, the suggested publishing deadlines are 6-12 weeks prior to the actual meet event.
10. You must have a valid email address that is operable for the entire service period for the Online Intent to Enter or the Online Athlete Event options.
