Directions to Windham High School

From Points West: Waterbury, Danbury, Central New York State:

Take I-84 east through Hartford to Route 384 (Exit 59). Pick up Route 6 in Bolton. At intersection of Route 6 and 66 in Columbia, continue (left) on route 6 toward Willimantic. Take second exit marked for Eastern Connecticut State University/ Route 195. At end of ramp, turn right onto High Street. As you crest the hill, Windham High School will be on your left.

From New York City, Fairfield County, New Haven and Bridgeport:

Take I-95 to New Haven. Take I-91 North to Hartford. Take Exit 29 (to Route 84 east - over Connecticut River) and continue until you merge with I-84 east. Take I-84 east through Hartford to Route 384 (Exit 59). Pick up route 6 in Bolton. At intersection of Route 6 and 66 in Columbia, continue (left) on Route 6 toward Willimantic. Take second exit marked for Eastern Connecticut State University/Route 195. At end of ramp, turn right onto High Street. As you crest the hill, Windham High School will be on your left.

From Norwich Area:

Follow Route 32 to Willimantic. At stop light, Route 32 will veer to your left; you should bear right, going down through the railroad underpass to the next stop light (old American Thread Company will be on your right). Take a left onto Main Street. Go to next light and take a right onto Jackson Street (route 195). At next stop light, take a left onto Valley Street. Stay on Valley Street until you come to High Street (4th stop sign). Take right onto High Street. Cross Prospect Street at next stop sign and keep going until you crest the hill. Windham High School will be on your right hand side.

From Springfield, Massachusetts and Points North:

Take Route 91 South to Enfield/ Route 190 exit. Follow Route 90 east to Stafford Springs and junction with Route 32 South. Follow Route 32 South to Willimantic City Line (cemetery will be on your right and highway overpass directly in front of you). At stop light, take a left onto Route 6 East. Go to next exit which is marked for Eastern Connecticut State University/Route 195. At end of ramp, turn right onto High Street. As you crest the hill, Windham High School will be on your left.
