NOTICE TO ALL INVITED COACHES:

Entry Rules:

• The meet is limited to only those athletes who do not qualify for their conference championships.

• Teams may enter more than one relay team per event (B teams are allowed).

• Teams have unlimited entries in an individual event. 

• The limit of events per individual is 2 events, including alternates on relays.

Entry Process and Deadlines:

Submit Online Athlete Event Entries by 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 25, 2008 using the Head Count system that you have used for MySportsResults.com Featured Meets this season. As a reminder:

New Headcount Users: Register yourself as a coach of a school for Boys and/or Girls team at the Head Count website: http://www.nationalscholastic.org/headcount/login
or
Existing Head Count Users: Select the meet Central Connecticut Conference-West Championships (CT) from the list of Current Meets at the Head Count website: http://www.nationalscholastic.org/headcount

Other Meet Information:

• Refreshments will be sold on-site

• No team score will be kept this year.

• All events run on-time with no finals.

• Three trials in the SP, DT, JT, LJ and TJ-no finals

• Complete meet results will be posted.

• Entry fee $3 per athlete made payable to East Lyme Track. Please bring to the meet.

• We will have ribbons for places 1-6 in each event.
